Sherri Martinez, MPT
Bozeman Physical Therapist

Sherri Martinez has been a Licensed Physical Therapist for over 20 years in beautiful Bozeman, MT and has advanced training in both craniosacral therapy and lymphatic drainage therapy. Sherri incorporated dry needling into her physical therapy practice ten years ago and has a passion to assist others with their healing process.

Sherri has always been interested in how the body works and moves. Even as a wilderness camp counselor, she enjoyed teaching her campers proper body mechanics on how to flip and carry a canoe, various paddle strokes, and how to put on a backpack more efficiently with less back strain.

After receiving her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at the College of St. Catherine in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Sherri decided to move out to Bozeman, Montana. Following school, she continued to explore more alternative therapies. Throughout the years, she continues to appreciate the combination of traditional and non-traditional therapies and how a person can benefit from receiving both.

In her practice, Sherri looks at how the body moves and how a person breathes. Assessing the internal patterns that are contributing to the outer patterns of the body and causing pain, tension, and decreased tolerance with activity. How a person’s digestion and nervous system are functioning are also important components to optimizing a person’s health. She believes the body has an amazing capacity to heal.

In her free time, Sherri enjoys being outdoors, hiking, mountain biking, Nordic skiing, rafting, camping, and spending time with my family.

Lisa wortman, LMT

Lisa Wortman, LMT Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist

Lisa Wortman has been working as a bodyworker for over 16 years. Her practice is rooted in helping people slow down, come home to their bodies, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.

From deep tissue to gentle relaxation massage, light-touch therapy, yoga, and developmental baby massage, Lisa’s work blends technique with presence. She’s especially drawn to working with people who are curious about their inner world—those who want more awareness, more embodiment, and more ease in their bodies.

Whether she’s holding space through hands-on work or guiding movement in a class, Lisa’s focus is always the same: helping you feel more at home in yourself.

In 2021, after ten years in Norway, Lisa moved back to Montana—home. “It’s good to be back in the wide-open spaces of the Rockies. Nature is where I restore, whether I’m out on the river or spending time with my family under a big sky.”

This work continues to inspire Lisa every day. It’s an honor to do what she loves, and to walk alongside others in their process of healing, change, and self-discovery.

Lisa offers craniosacral therapy, brain therapy, and lymphatic drainage therapy through our practice.
